How Do I Cancel My Premium Subscription? (Apple)

You can cancel your subscription to HER Premium at any time via the three methods below

 

iOS Device Through the HER App

  • Open the HER App
  • Go to my profile (bottom right-hand corner)
  • Tap on Settings (top left-hand corner toggle) 
  • Scroll down to "Manage Premium Subscription" 
  • Select "Cancel Premium Subscription" 

 

You have to leave feedback to be able to reach the prompt to cancel your subscription

 

iOS Device Through the App Store

  • Go to the App Store
  • Select your profile icon in the upper right-hand portion of the screen. A menu will appear, choose "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Select HER and then cancel your subscription. 

 

iOS Device Through Settings

  • Open the Settings App
  • Click on the top row with your name and avatar
  • Select iTunes & App Store
  • Click on the row: "Apple ID: (your email) "
  • Select View Apple ID
  • Authenticate if needed
  • Scroll down to Subscriptions
  • Select HER
  • Select 'cancel subscription' 

If you can not see the option to turn off auto-renewal it is most likely that you have already turned off your subscription and it will display the date your subscription was closed.


Note: You can purchase a subscription again at any time. After you cancel your subscription you can not be refunded for the days that are remaining in your current subscription period.

 

Deleting the HER app from your phone or closing your account does not cancel your premium subscription. 


How Do I Cancel My Premium Subscription? (Android)

 

Android Device Through the Play Store

  • Open the Play Store
  • Find HER app (either by searching or selecting Her from My Apps)
  • Select Manage Subscriptions
  • Select Cancel or Unsubscribe
  • Confirm

 

Once you have canceled your subscription you will still be able to use HER Premium for the remaining days that you have already purchased. On the day it is due to renew, your subscription will no longer be active and you will not be billed again.

 

Note: You can purchase a subscription again at any time. After you cancel your subscription you can not be refunded for the days that are remaining in your current subscription period.

 

Deleting the HER app from your phone or closing your account does not cancel your premium subscription.


Requesting A Refund (Apple)

 

To request a refund from the Apple App Store you must contact Apple directly as all refund requests are handled by Apple, not HER.

 

If you wish to request a refund please:

  • Go to iTunes
  • Select your Apple ID (your email for your Apple ID)
  • Select Purchase History
  • Find the HER transaction
  • Select Report Problem
  • Alternatively, you can contact them directly here at: https://getsupport.apple.com

Requesting A Refund (Android)

 

To request a refund from the Play Store please:

  • Copy your order number (found in the order confirmation email or in your Google Wallet) It will look similar to this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345
  • Then Contact Our Support Team and provide that number along with the reason for your refund request and we will respond to your request as soon as possible with next steps.
