Push notifications are the key to how you know that you've gotten a new message, new like or any new content or promotions that are posted inside the app. 


If you have any issues receiving push notifications, be sure to check your phone's general settings to see that you have notifications turned on for HER.


You can log out of your HER profile by completing the following steps:


Change your Push Notification Settings on iOS


  1. Select 'Settings' in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. “⚙”
  2. Select > 'Account Information'
  3. Select > 'Name'
  4. Update your name and Select > OK


Change your Push Notification Settings on Android


  1. Select 'Settings' in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. “⋮”
  2. Select > 'Account Information' at the top of your settings screen under 'My Profile Settings'. 
  3. Select > 'Name'
  4. Update your name and Select > OK
