If you keep seeing the same error message please check:


1. You have the latest version of HER from:


Apple App Store  // Google PlayStore


2. Have tried logging out and logging into the app?


3. Have checked that you have full connection to the internet?


If the above are all up to date and working and you are still seeing a crash please email support@weareher.com with: 



  • Name and/or Nickname used in the app 
  • Email address your Facebook account is registered to, cell phone number OR Instagram ID (depending on the sign in method selected)
  • Steps that occurred leading up to the notification showing
  • Screenshot of the error message you are seeing


We cannot look into your account unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so we can accurately locate your profile.
